09/04/2010Everything is old and barely working.. old bathroom and fixtures, old carpet, tired wall papers .. and 20 year old tvs every where. why would you spend your $*+ here ?

Stayed here just one night. Check-in was quick and the clerk very friendly. My room was comfortable and breakfast good (though not free). The hotel is close to Route 1, and easy to reach from Logan Airport.

The location was great, the shuttle service good but the room was not so good. It was very cold and the TV was broken, I informed the front desk and the offer to move me but I was already unpacked - it should be in order, every room should be checked before next customer arrive´s to the hotel. Hope that they change their routine regarding rooms.

Disappointed. I thought because this was a Sheraton hotel that it would be a nice hotel, on the contrary I felt the room was old and dirty and had a bad smell. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom toilet leaked, causing it to refill itself throughout the night. Overall, not a nice or comfortable stay and a waste of money. No place to park at check in. Quite disappointing.
